Thank you for shopping with Rags of Honor. Every order helps support our mission to create meaningful work for veterans, and we appreciate your support.
Rags of Honor is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service possible. We carefully pack and inspect each order and hope you are pleased with your selection.
As soon as you receive your shipment, we recommend that you do the following:
- Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage
- Verify that you received the correct products
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, holidays, special promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s transit schedule.
Please note that shipping timelines begin once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Rags of Honor is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production or has been handed off to the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, or household members.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other carrier issue, we will contact you with available options.
Holiday & Promotional Shipping
During holidays, product launches, and promotional periods, order volume may increase and shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early if you need your items by a specific date.

Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days and in good condition (washed or worn t-shirts will not be accepted). When shipping your item back to us, please include a note that states your name and address and why you are returning the item. Wrap package securely and please send it to us at the address listed below.
There is a $7.00 restocking fee on all returned merchandise, (unless a shipping error was made by us). This fee covers all processing, packaging and shipping charges for your return. We do not accept returns on hats.
